Carl was born and raised in Williams, AZ and has been a member of the community of Mountainaire since 2012. He received his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Arizona in 2007. Carl spent 15 seasons working as a wildland firefighter from 2002-2016 including working as the Assistant Superintendent of the Bear Jaw Interagency Crew from 2011-2016. Carl is currently the Supervisor of the Northeast Division of Forestry and Resource Management for APS where he oversees the vegetation management along the power lines of Northeast Arizona. In his free time he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his wife, son and two dogs.
