Jim Fisher serves the Highlands Fire District as an Arizona Certified Fire Inspector 2 and provides guidance to residents or developers interested in building/construction within the Fire District, or other response areas.
These fire and life safety services are in conjunction with Coconino CountyCommunity Development Department that oversees Plans and Engineering application submittals towards a safe and functional project completion.
The critical areas of concern for any structure or inhabited facility are water supply, access for fire rescue and EMS vehicles, use of building materials that support a fire-safe environment with an honest commitment to strive to maintain or improve the life and property of our fire district community.
